Job summary

Easter Seals Southern California, Inc. is seeking dedicated staff to support adults with developmental disabilities in a licensed residential home. The role emphasizes daily living activities, medication monitoring, and promoting independence.

You will participate in planning with IPP/ISP goals, maintain detailed documentation, and assist with meals, transportation, and recreational activities. CPR/First Aid certification is required, and DSP certifications should be completed within a year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• DSP-I/DSP-II certification required or to be attained within year.
• CPR/First Aid certifications preferred or must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for adults with developmental disabilities in a licensed home.
• Assist with medications and monitor for safety.
• Plan and participate in daily living activities to build independence.
• Complete reports and documentation daily and attend trainings.
• Transport residents to appointments using company vehicle when needed.
• Support residents in recreational activities and ISP/IP goals.
