Job summary
Redwood Family Care Network in Pasadena, CA is hiring Direct Support Professionals II to assist adults with developmental disabilities in daily living at an EBSH home. You will help with daily routines, hygiene, grooming, and feeding while promoting independence and safety.
Requires DSP 1 & DSP 2 certifications, CPR/First Aid, CPI, and willingness to complete RBT within 6 months. Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record preferred; full-time position with comprehensive benefits and
Qualifications
- Must have DSP 1 & DSP 2 certificates.
- CPR/First Aid and CPI certifications are required.
- RBT training must be completed within 6 months of hire.
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or related conditions.
- Valid in-state driver's license with clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Outline and prepare daily routines for clients as written in the plan.
- Assist clients with bathroom needs and daily hygiene.
- Change clients' clothing when needed and assist with dressing.
- Prepare daily meals and assist with cleanup.
- Transport clients in company vans when required.
