Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual instruction daily.
• Deliver direct personal care and support per ISP objectives.
• Maintain accurate data on client progress and complete required documentation.
• Follow safety procedures, floor routines and emergency protocols.
• Support clients' health, safety and community outings.
• Participate in required training and certification during onboarding.
