Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team across Montgomery and Bucks County, PA. You’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion, mentor, and advocate for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

We offer part-time, flexible scheduling with mornings, afternoons, and weekends. You’ll be part of a caring team with opportunities for growth, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Ability to transport clients to community outings

Shift options include mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

We are currently seeking DSP / Direct Support Professionals in the following locations:

• Collegeville
• Telford
• Pottstown

How You’ll Make an Impact as a DSP / Direct Support Professional:

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay rates starting at $18.00/hr. with a weekly pay schedule
• Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
• Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)

Pay rate: based on experience, $18 / hr, mileage reimbursement
