Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team across Montgomery and Bucks County, PA. You’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion, mentor, and advocate for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities—helping them reach their full potential.

We offer part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling across shifts in Montgomery and Bucks Counties, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities (e.g., autism, Down syndrome).
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Ability to transport clients to community outings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming).
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Spend time on the client’s hobbies and activities.
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation.

How You’ll Make an Impact as a DSP / Direct Support Professional:

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay rates starting at $18.00/hr. with a weekly pay schedule
• Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
• Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)
