ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Kentucky for FT and PT positions with 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekends required.

The role focuses on providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities in our facilities, promoting independence and safety. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities – our goal is to foster increased independence, choice and empowerment while assuring that their health and safety needs are being met at all times.
• Administering site training to new hires.
• Assisting with shift coverage as needed.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of his/her life.
• Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Providing personal care assistance.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) - A Great Opportunity / $17.75-$18.75 per hour / FT AND PT, 2NDS AND 3RD SHIFTS AVAILABLE. WEEKENDS NEEDED

At ViaQuest Healthcare Central we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in our intermediate care facilities (ICF/Group Homes).
