Job summary

Vista Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and thrive in their communities. You will provide daily living support, assist with meal prep, personal care, budgeting, shopping, and community outings while advocating for client dignity and following care plans.

Training, benefits, and supportive supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (for client transport).
• Pass background checks and complete state training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support:Assist with meal prep, personal care, budgeting, shopping, and community outings.
• Advocacy & Care:Advocate for client dignity and independence while maintaining accurate progress notes and following care plans.
