Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Lancaster, PA to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You'll assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to provide personal care when needed; lifting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meals, hygiene, and housekeeping.
• Support community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Document and maintain schedules; participate in ongoing training.
• Communicate with team, families, and case managers as needed.
• Ensure health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment.
