Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey seeks Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across the state. You will work one‑on‑one with clients, following each persons ISP to promote daily living skills and independence.

You will document services for the care team and build meaningful relationships, with flexible hours and local cases. The role offers competitive pay and a supportive, DDD-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
