Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AMAP, SCIP, CPR, and First Aid Certifications preferred.
• Valid NY/NJ/CT/PA Driver’s License with 6 points or less required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate supervision, health and safety of individuals.
• Advocate for individuals in the community.
• Implement and document individual’s goals.
• Assist in daily living skills like personal hygiene and food preparation.
• Transport individuals on recreational activities and medical appointments.
