Job summary

Mission Vista in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Full-Time Direct Support Professional to support adults with developmental disabilities. This on-site role involves helping with personal care, daily living skills, and community integration.

Swing shift 2:00 PM–10:30 PM offers competitive pay ($18.00–$22.00/hour) and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO. Strong English communication, caregiver experience, CNA is a plus, and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills are vital.
• Background in caregiving with 1–2 years in a registered or medical facility.
• CNA certification will enhance candidacy.
• Good English, data entry ability, and familiarity with Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, daily living skills, and social integration.
• Build trusting relationships and ensure privacy, dignity, and respect.
• Assist with transportation and activities; require a valid driver’s license.
• Follow care plans and document progress in basic data entry.
