Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals who are ASL trained to empower adults with developmental disabilities. The role offers flexible hourly shifts across days, evenings, and weekends with starting pay of $19–$26 per hour.

Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma, a valid driving record, and be able to pass background checks and drug screening. We value a person-centered, positive attitude and the ability to think and act proactively to support

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Support communication needs including ASL.
• Maintain safety and wellbeing of individuals served.
• Follow care plans and document needs as required.
