Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. The role requires compassion, dependability, and a person-centered approach, with a starting pay rate of $17–$24 per hour.

Applicants should be able to work five days a week, four daytime hours per day, and be willing to support clients who use nontraditional communication methods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driving record.
• Background check required.
• Drug screening required.
• Authorized to legally work in the United States.
