Salary - $50,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Track and assign all DSP Core Competency observations, evaluations and follow-up for the Day Services and Residential Departments.
• Meet with new staff and provide orientations to the DSP Core Competencies on a needed basis.
• Meet with supervisors to discuss the DSP Core Competencies.
• Maintain individual/family confidentiality.
• Attendance and punctuality is essential.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have strong writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience.
• Clearance through state mandated Background/Fingerprint Check(s).
• Ability to communicate effectively with others and individuals served.
