Job summary

AbleLight is hiring Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently and achieve personal goals. You will build trusting relationships, provide companionship, and advocate for clients in daily living and community activities.

The role focuses on supporting independence, personal growth, and meaningful experiences, with opportunities for training, development, and career progression within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a positive, outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and relationships with individuals supported.
• Reliability and professionalism with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license required for community participation.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.
