Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in New Jersey to assist adults with developmental disabilities. Roles include training, community participation, and safe supervision per individual plans.

We offer flexible schedules, pay between $18 and $24 per hour, and paid training. Sign Language is required for this position, with opportunities for full-time or part-time work across the state.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license – No provisional licenses.
• Prior experience in this field is preferred, but we offer paid training.

• Involve them in the community and help them feel part of society.
• Help individual and support positive relationships with people in their community.
