Join Our Team as a Direct Support Professional at Success Rehabilitation, Inc.

We are hiring compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care to adults with traumatic brain injuries and neurological impairments. This role involves supporting residents in achieving independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Job Details

• Location: Quakertown and Bethlehem, PA (flexibility required)
• Shifts: 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, with flexible schedules including one weekend shift per week

Responsibilities

• Support residents in achieving active treatment goals
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, home-like environment
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), transfers, and personal care
• Transport clients to appointments and community outings

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree; or active PA CNA registry
• Minimum 2 years caregiving experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and lead
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
