Salary: $20.06 per hour (Mon-Fri) and $21.06 per hour (Friday 11PM to Sunday 11PM shifts).

Role of a Direct Support Professional/Residential Counselor

• Assist residents with personal care, safety, and welfare.
• Supervise activities like bathing, toileting, cleaning, cooking, and life skills development.
• Administer or assist with medication.
• Communicate effectively with team members and residents.
• Drive residents to/from programs and community activities.
• Complete daily documentation of services.
• Participate in community activities.

Job Requirements

Part-Time Shift

16 hours/week, Saturday and Sunday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Employment contingent on background checks, physical, drug test, and other pre-employment requirements. Attendance at monthly staff meetings is required.
