Qualifications

• Willingness to complete required DSP training and certifications.
• Compassionate, dependable, person-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with IDD.
• Assist with personal hygiene, meals and household tasks.
• Support community integration, social activities and outings.
• Implement ISPs and document progress accurately.
• Administer medications and follow health care protocols as directed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families and care team.

• Administer medications and follow health care protocols as directed
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members

Requirements:

• Previous experience in direct care, caregiving, or human services preferred
