Job summary

Carthago Logistics is hiring an Amazon DSP Delivery Driver for the LAX area. Starting pay is $23.50/hour with $1.00/hour more after meeting metrics and two hours of guaranteed overtime daily. Full-time routes run 10 hours, weekdays, with weekends required.

Company van, fuel, uniforms, and handheld tech are provided. No CDL is required and training is paid from day one. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 21 or older — required by our vehicle insurance, no exceptions
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass E-Verify
• Available weekends
• No delivery experience required — training provided

Responsibilities

• Make 170–190 stops per route in a high-roof van.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs and load/unload regularly.
• Residential and commercial delivery using GPS and scanning.
• Vehicle safety inspection at shift start and end.
• Back up teammates on rescue calls when routes run long.
