Job summary

Lacedaemon Distributions is hiring a full-time Amazon DSP Delivery Driver at our Santa Ana, CA location. The role requires 21+ years of age and a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of experience.

Daily shifts run 10:30 am–9:00 pm with 4 days per week, including weekend work, and salary in the $22.50–$24.50 per hour range. Experienced drivers receive benefits such as health coverage, PTO, paid training, bonuses, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have held a state driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Good English speaking, reading, writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Follow supervisor instructions to meet delivery goals.
• Handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and inspect company vehicles and follow laws and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism under stress.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs. and enter/exit the van at multiple locations.
• Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning, clocking in/out, and communications.
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle.
• Support team with daily tasks and assist with routes as needed.
