Job summary

Amazon DSP Delivery Driver – LAX seeks reliable drivers in Los Angeles to deliver packages with a company van and handheld tech. Base pay starts at $23.50/hour with $1.00 extra for performance metrics and two hours of guaranteed overtime daily. Typical full-time earnings are about $2,600 gross per biweekly paycheck.

Shifts are 10 hours, five days a week, with weekend availability required. No CDL is needed; training is provided, and drivers may advance to lead driver or dispatch roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; multiple violations disqualify.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass E-Verify.
• Weekend availability required.
• No delivery experience required; training provided; prior experience with Amazon Flex, DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, UPS or FedEx is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 170–190 stops per route in a high-roof van provided by the company.
• Load and unload packages, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Use a company phone for GPS and scanning; conduct vehicle safety checks at shift start/end.
• Back up teammates on rescue calls when routes run long.

$23.50/hour to start, plus $1.00/hour more when you hit your performance metrics. Two hours of guaranteed overtime every day at $35.25/hour. Full-time drivers gross about $2,600 per paycheck, every two weeks.

We’re an Amazon Delivery Service Partner running routes out of 9785 Bellanca Ave in Los Angeles ( LAX) . Company van, fuel, uniforms and handheld tech all provided. No CDL required. Easy commute from Lynwood, Huntington Park, Bell, Bell Gardens, Cudahy, Maywood, Paramount, Downey, Compton. Long beach, Torrance and more

WHAT YOU’LL EARN

• $23.50/hour base, paid biweekly
• +$1.00/hour when you hit your [weekly safety and delivery-quality] metrics — that takes you to $24.50/hour
• 2 hours of guaranteed overtime every day at $35.25/hour. Guaranteed, not “when available”
• About $2,600 gross per biweekly check for full-time drivers working the standard schedule
• You’ll get the full pay breakdown in writing before your first day on a route

YOUR SCHEDULE

• 10-hour shifts, 5 days a week
• Start time 11:00 AM; most routes wrap by 9:00PM
• Weekend availability required
• Two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal break

WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY IS

• Around [170–190] stops on a typical route, in a high-roof van we provide and fuel
• In and out of the van up to 200 times a day, lifting packages up to 50 lbs
• Residential and commercial delivery in all weather, using a company phone for GPS and scanning
• Vehicle safety inspection at the start and end of every shift
• Backing up your teammates on rescue calls when a route runs long

WHAT YOU NEED

• 21 or older — required by our vehicle insurance, no exceptions
