Job summary

ViaQuest Day & Employment Services in Centerville, OH is seeking a Program Coordinator for Day Program on a full-time, first shift. You will support individuals served with daily living activities, coordinating transportation and assisting with program management.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Paid training and comprehensive benefits are provided, including medical, vision, dental, 401k, PTO and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• MVR must meet specified requirements (no major violations; limited points).
• Able to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs and climb, balance, kneel and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals in the Day Program, including healthcare, nutrition, and program management.
• Assist the Program Manager in maintaining consistency in supports and services.
• Coordinate and provide transportation for individuals served.
• Schedule and coordinate company vehicle maintenance and ensure vehicle cleanliness and upkeep.
• Assist with filing information and paperwork for client files.

Program Coordinator for Day Program

At ViaQuest Day & Employment Services we provide services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities within our Day Program and Employment Services Program.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing support to the individuals served in the Day Program including healthcare, nutrition and program management.
• Assisting the Program Manager in maintaining consistency in the provisions of supports and services.
• Coordinating and providing transportation for the individuals served.
• Scheduling company vehicle maintenance and ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles.
• Assisting with the filing of information and paperwork for the files of individuals served.

• Motor Vehicle Record must specific requirements including (but not limited to):
  • No OVI/DUI's, reckless operations, or speeding violations more than 20 MPH over posted limit
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years or more than 5 points
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
