Mosaic seeks a Direct Support Professional in Illinois to help individuals learn daily living skills and live as independently as possible. You will create environments that foster growth and support, guiding people toward important personal goals.

Ideal candidates demonstrate empathy, strong listening, teaching, advocacy, and a proactive mindset. No experience needed; comprehensive training provided. Starting wage is $19/hour; 18+ and a valid US driver’s license where applicable are required.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license where applicable.
• No experience required; company provides thorough training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills by creating a learning environment.
• Help clients identify and achieve personal goals.
• Monitor comfort and safety, meet medical, nutritional and personal care needs.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal prep and laundry.
