Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet pre-employment requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate community-based activities that promote independence.
• Support individuals in developing communication and life skills.
• Implement individualized service plans to help individuals reach their goals.
• Provide transportation to community activities as needed.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals supported.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
