Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent or equivalent training/experience.
• Language: ability to read, comprehend documents and communicate effectively.
• Math: basic arithmetic and numbers handling.
• Reasoning: problem solving and following instructions.
• Driving: valid driver's license and driving record meeting standards.
• Work readiness: ability to maintain confidentiality and good organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach recreational activities and activities of daily living.
• Provide personal cares and support community integration.
• Transport clients locally (Waukesha/Brookfield area) and complete reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and assist with training.
