St. Coletta of Wisconsin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP/Caregiver/CNA) to work in Brookfield and Waukesha, WI. You will support adults with developmental disabilities through daily living activities, recreation, and community integration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with driving record meeting standards.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach recreational activities and daily living skills.
• Provide personal cares and support community integration.
• Transport clients locally in the greater Milwaukee area.
• Complete accurate reports and maintain a clean, safe environment.
