Job summary

St. Coletta of Wisconsin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP/Caregiver/CNA) to support adults with developmental disabilities in Brookfield and Waukesha. The role includes planning activities, assisting with daily living, and facilitating community integration.

Starting pay is up to $19.00/hr with paid training and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and advancement. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance and a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, write and communicate.
• Driving: Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach recreational activities and activities of daily living.
• Provide personal cares and support community integration.
• Transport clients locally and maintain reports, and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete training to become a CBRF certified DSP.
