Job summary

St. Coletta of Wisconsin seeks DSP/Caregiver/CNA professionals in Jefferson, WI and surrounding areas. You will plan recreational activities, assist with daily living tasks, and provide compassionate personal care to adults with developmental disabilities.

Training is provided, with pathways to CBRF certification. Sleep-in shifts and a comprehensive benefits package are offered, including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to submit to a WI Caregiver Background Check
• Available to attend paid training in Jefferson, WI
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Desire to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges in their personal growth

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living.
• Provide personal care and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Transport clients locally (Jefferson/Fort Atkinson and surrounding area).
• Complete and maintain accurate reports and maintain a clean, safe environment.
