Job summary

St. Coletta of Wisconsin is seeking a Direct Support Professional/Caregiver for 3rd shift in Jefferson, WI group homes. You will assist clients with daily living skills and personal cares, helping them achieve independence and prepare for the next day.

We provide paid classroom and on-the-job training, and support you to become a CBRF-certified DSP. Benefits include daily pay, PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401(k), disability and life insurance, tuition/C.N.A.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or training/experience.
• Ability to read and write reports and correspondence.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record that meets standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in daily living skills and personal cares.
• Prepare for the next day by packing lunches and household tasks.
• Transport clients locally as needed and maintain accurate reports.
• Keep a clean and safe environment and complete required training.
