ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey. You will work one-on-one with clients, following each person's ISP to promote independence and daily living success.

Role focuses on in-home and community-based support with a friendly, dedicated team. Competitive hourly pay of $18–$24, flexible hours, and local cases are offered to fit your schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Prior caregiving, DSP, or human services experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support
