Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. This role involves one-on-one support, following each person’s ISP to promote independence and daily living success.

You will work in home and community settings, documenting services and collaborating with the care team to ensure quality care. Compensation ranges from $18 to $24 per hour with flexible scheduling and local cases.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client’s ISP
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support
