Chimes, a mission-driven nonprofit, is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Stevenson to empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges to live with dignity, independence, and confidence in a supportive, team-focused environment.

As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support with kindness, assist with personal care, follow care plans, document progress, and help participants engage with the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in disability services is preferred (but training is provided).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect.
• Assist with personal care, including dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing, and other daily living tasks.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
• Administer medications in accordance with policy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Use approved behavior support techniques.
• Encourage community engagement and participation.
• Some DSP roles may require travel between Residential and Day programs.
