Job summary

One Vision in Clear Lake, Iowa is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for back-end days on a 12-hour shift model. Starting wage is $17.00/hr with full-time benefits and paid training.

You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, help with daily living, medication assistance, documentation, and community activities. No experience needed, training provided, safety-sensitive position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility needs.
• Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities
