Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals who are Caring, Compassionate and Dependable to assist individuals with Developmental Disabilities. DSPs must be willing to support individuals who use nontraditional means of communication and think proactively to meet needs.

Starting pay rate is $17-$24 per hour with flexible hours including day, evening and weekend shifts. Schedule of services is Flexible. Must be able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driving record.
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with Developmental Disabilities as a Direct Support Professional.
• Support individuals who use nontraditional means of communication.
• Think and act proactively to meet individual needs.
