Job summary

Royal Community Supports is seeking a self-motivated Direct Support Professional to assist a young man in Bethlehem Township, NJ. You will act as a mentor and companion, helping him stay connected with his community, attend gym sessions, trivia nights, and social outings during weeknights and weekends.

The role offers 10–20 hours per week with potential for full-time benefits after 35 hours for eligible employees. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a car are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and mentorship to help the individual connect with the community.
• Accompany to trivia nights, gym, bars, and social events.
• Transport to activities in Hunterdon County and beyond.
• Maintain a positive, person-centered approach.
• Support during nights and weekends as scheduled (10–20 hours/week).

Royal Community Supports is looking for a self-motivated, energetic Direct Support Professional to support an individual who lives Bethlehem Twp.

A young man in his mid-30s is looking for a qualified direct support professional to serve as a mentor/ companion to help him get better connected to his community. If you love talking sports, life, and going to the gym then this job is for you. He is looking for someone around his age who has general knowledge of things around Hunterdon County and beyond. He is looking for someone to take him to trivia night at local bars and pubs. The hours can be on the weekdays or weekends. He is also looking to meet people so having the ability of a social connector is preferred. Sometimes you might be going to the city or the shore. Must have a good driving record and must be social and personable. He is looking for someone to support him in the community during nights and weekends.

Schedule- 10-20 hours per week.

Starting Pay Rate:

$24 per hour
