Washington State Health Care Authority is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 2 for the Special Commitment Center on McNeil Island. Located in McNeil Island, our facility is surrounded by nature, wildlife, old history and amazing views of Mount Rainier and the beautiful Puget sound. We treat people who are detained and/or civilly committed and assists them in addressing their sexual offending histories.
We take pride in teamwork and positive energy channel into our day-to-day activities. Our staff is appreciated and extremely valuable in assisting with the rehabilitation and treatment of the residents we care for on a daily basis.
SCC employees also receive an additional $10 per day premium pay in addition to advertised salary and a free ORCA card for transportation use. Ferry transportation is provided to McNeil Island employees. Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
Day Shift - Sunday to Wednesday 6:00am - 4:00pm.
