In this leadership role, you'll provide supervision, guidance, and clinical oversight to nursing staff delivering direct patient care on an assigned ward. We are hiring for two evening shift positions, Mon through Friday and Sunday through Thursday. Additionally, employees may be available to receive $2.50/hour Shift Differential pay, $1.50/hour Shift Premium pay, $4.00/hour Weekend Premium pay, and a 5% 24/7 Facility pay.

Since opening its doors in 1891, ESH has played a vital role in delivering inpatient evaluation, therapy, and treatment for individuals with serious mental illness. The hospital operates 375 beds across its Eastlake and Westlake campuses and is accredited by The Joint Commission and certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
