Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operational Sales Leader responsible for leading the execution of DSD route sales in the Sales Center. Success will be defined by sales and profit growth, standardized processes, and a world-class sales center through continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer relations or sales, experience leading others, and strong communication; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on revenue, volume and controllable expenses KPIs for the assigned sales area.
• Develop strategic plans to deliver on sales targets within existing accounts.
• Engage sales people in planning route sales activity and dissemination of promotions.
• Maintain a world-class sales center aligning marketing strategies with brand vision.
• Recruit sales people and support route splits and productivity initiatives.
• Manage accounts receivable and adherence to policy.
