Hampton Farms is seeking a Direct Store Delivery Sales Representative to deliver, merchandise, and sell dried fruit and nut products to local supermarkets and retail customers on a daily route. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing deliveries while building strong relationships with store personnel.

Responsibilities include growing sales, stocking shelves, promoting programs, and ensuring displays meet merchandising standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) or related field sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience servicing supermarkets/retail food environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with supermarket receivers and store personnel.
• Service existing retail accounts, increase sales and product placement.
• Promote new products, programs, and seasonal offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend appropriate orders.
• Grow existing business and secure additional shelf space and displays.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
