Job summary

Le Bleu Enterprises in Greensboro, NC seeks a motivated DSD Driver to join our growing team. You will deliver to retail stores and business customers along a defined route, while actively selling products and expanding our customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience with DSD and selling to retailers.
• Valid driverfs license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver products to retail stores, office clients, and other customers along a defined route.
• Identify new sales opportunities to grow the customer base and expand the route.
• Present and upsell new products, promotions, and drive additional sales to current customers.
• Load and unload products onto the delivery vehicle with precision and care.
• Merchandise products in stores to ensure proper placement and attractive displays.
• Maintain and update POS materials for visibility and promotions.
• Follow all DOT/FMCSA regulations for safe operations.
• Build relationships with store staff to drive repeat business.
• Complete delivery paperwork and update records accurately.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report issues or delays to supervisor promptly.
• Participate in new customer acquisition initiatives with incentives tied to performance.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule to meet demand.
