Qualifications

• Maintain Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and comply with hours-of-service requirements.
• Demonstrates ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally with distribution.
• Adhere to DOT safety regulations and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Ryder to assist drivers during breakdowns.
• Set and monitor performance goals for drivers and dispatch team.
• Maintain work assignments and daily schedules for the team.
• Cross-train in all areas of Distribution and cover as needed.
• Address route settlement discrepancies and report to management.
• Lead process improvements that add value for customers.
