Ethnix Group, LLC is seeking a Regional DSD Replenishment Driver to move frozen, refrigerated, and dry goods between our Distribution Center and cross-dock locations across the region, following a dedicated weekly route.

The role emphasizes loading/unloading, inventory verification, maintaining cold-chain integrity, and delivering safely while providing strong customer service. You will work independently and adapt to varying schedules, weekends, and overnight travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
• Able to pass DOT requirements and pre-employment drug screening
• Experience loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Experience in freezer/refrigerated environments and outdoor/warehousing settings
• Able to use mobile devices for navigation, inspections, and delivery documentation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Flexibility for varying schedules, weekends, overnight travel, and extended hours

Responsibilities

• Transport frozen, refrigerated, and dry products between distribution centers and cross-dock locations

About the PositionEthnix Group is seeking a Regional DSD Replenishment Driver to support our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network by transporting frozen, refrigerated, and dry products between our Distribution Center and company cross-dock locations throughout the region.This position is responsible for managing the entire replenishment process, including loading and unloading products, verifying inventory, maintaining proper stock levels, rotating inventory, and ensuring products are delivered safely while maintaining cold-chain integrity.
