Food Lion is seeking a DSD Receiving Clerk/Store Associate in Zebulon, NC to ensure proper receiving of Direct Store Delivery products, uphold standard practices, and deliver fast, friendly customer service.

You will collaborate with vendors and store leadership to resolve issues, verify invoices, and maintain Food Safety and workplace safety guidelines while following company policies and CAO processes.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly service.
• Protect company assets through proper receipt and return of DSD products.
• Demonstrate and execute vendor receiving policies and work with vendors to resolve issues.
• Verify DSD plan-o-grams and related documentation for accuracy.
• Follow safety guidelines and report accidents per Food Lion procedures.
