Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; 1+ year work experience or 4+ years with leadership and influencing skills.
APICS/Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt or PM experience preferred.
Experience in Logistics Operations preferred.
Strong analytical skills with SAP and Excel.
Willingness to travel 20%+.

Responsibilities

Function as the primary point of contact for distribution planning functions.
Communicate and influence internal stakeholders on optimal decision-making.
Extract, model, and present accurate information to influence daily operations.
Develop direct reports and successors; evaluate planning process effectiveness.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiencies, process improvements, and cost reductions.
Provide leadership to ensure effective cross-functional frontline initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
