Job Title: Drywall Taper

BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking a Drywall Taper to join our growing team in central Minnesota. Headquartered in Sauk Rapids, MN, we specialize in Commercial, Medical, and Institutional Construction.

Wage

Starting at $22 hourly, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Installation, finishing, and sanding of drywall to prepare for painting
• Tape drywall seams
• Mix and apply mud to taped drywall seams
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Perform light carpentry work

• Proficient with hand tools such as saws, sanders, drills, and hammers
• Ability to show initiative and align with project and company goals
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and undertake self-development activities
• Responsibility for project issues and sharing project success
• Seek opportunities for improvement without compromising ethical standards
• Ask for help and seek guidance when needed
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
• Competent in using various tools and equipment to ensure quality and performance

Requirements
