Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Drywall Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee drywall projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality drywall installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple drywall projects simultaneously
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
• 5+ years Project Manager experience within commercial drywall
• Knowledge of metal stud framing, ACT, stucco, EIFS
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques and materials
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
