You will oversee day-to-day activities, ensure work complies with contract documents, manage budgets, and coordinate with estimators, superintendents, vendors and the purchasing team. Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in construction management.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus.
• Detail oriented with budgeting mindset — Know your costs.
• Excellent organizational skills — sequences and order.
• Proficient with computers and technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee day-to-day activity of the job site.
• Ensure work is built in accordance with contract documents.
• Receive hand-offs from estimating department.
• Administer budgets, contracts, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with superintendents, vendors and purchasing department.
