Job summary

Fortis Wall Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead drywall, acoustical ceiling, and specialty ceiling projects from award through completion. You will oversee field execution, procurement, schedules, budgets, change orders, documentation, and billing.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in drywall PM and strong blueprint-reading, with proficiency in Procore/Bluebeam. Travel between sites and in-person work are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years drywall project management experience; 5+ years preferred.
• 2+ years blueprint-reading experience.
• Strong knowledge of drywall, ACT, insulation, and ceilings.
• Experience with budgets, procurement, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead drywall, acoustical ceiling, and specialty ceiling projects from start to close.
• Review contracts, drawings, specs, and schedules; prepare scopes for field teams.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and change orders; manage costs and billing.
• Monitor budgets, labor, materials, and profitability; ensure safety and quality.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and field teams; ensure on-time delivery.
