Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management with significant estimating background.
• B.S. in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting preferred.
• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate budgets using historical data from previous projects.
• Periodically visit pending and active projects to ensure correct field methods and knowledge of the project.
• Know local material, labor and equipment costs.
• Oversee and track all labor on each project, whether from outside subcontracts or internal labor sources.
• Provide predetermined deliverables on a timely basis including verification of all completed work.
• Manage and develop team members to ensure growth within the organization.
• Represent Manganaro in all aspects, especially related to site operations.
• Maintain client relationships at the project level.
